Melanie and Henry welcome you to Watchcombe House, where we offer bed and breakfast in a beautiful, large en-suite room surrounded by the wonderful East Devon countryside.  The room is completely self-contained with direct access off the driveway. We only have one letting room so you will be the only guests.

Watchcombe House is situated in a rural location just to the south of the Blackdown Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty.  It is a stone built chalet style building with slate roofing and has been much improved in recent years.  The property has a swimming pool, stables and 3.5 acres of land.  It is nestled in the small hamlet of Watchcombe and enjoys a wonderful position at the top of a hill with fantastic 360 degree panoramic views of the lovely East Devon countryside.

The market towns of Axminster and Honiton are the nearest towns, with the seaside resorts of Seaton, Beer, Lyme Regis and Charmouth all not far away.  The closest pubs are in the medieval market town of Colyton which is only 2.4 miles away.  The historic city of Exeter is 25 miles away.
